I co-founded and ran with a focus on time-based media. Artists shown included Douglas Gordon, Eve Sussman, Duncan Campbell, Luke Fowler, Meredyth Sparks, Olga Koumoundouros, David Adamo, Moyra Davey and many more.

In 2009 TART was invited to participate in “No Soul for Sale” a festival of independents at X-Initiative in New York.

Situated in an alley close to the downtown district of the city is Anne Colvin’s  laboratory: home, studio, gallery, production office and publishing house. These expansive and synchronized activities describe a continuum between art-making, curating and programming that has materialized as one of the most exciting ventures in the city – Alex Hetherington, Interface Magazine (UK).

They bring something unique to the city, with shows comprised of incidental pieces and dense, involved non-narrative videos. The art they show is totally unlike anything being made here, and it’s expected the exposure will have an eye-opening effect as the gallery grows - Abe Orden, Flash Art.
